Shipping

Every order is packed by hand in Toronto. Art prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy cylindrical tube; postcards and sculptures are shipped in a cardboard box.

I ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada, usually with Canada Post. After you place your order, I’ll email you to arrange payment. Your order ships as soon as possible once payment has been received.

Shipping rates

Per order:

Art prints

• Canada, United States, European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and United Kingdom: $25 CAD
• Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world: $45 CAD

Postcards

• Worldwide: $5 CAD

Delivery times

Estimates, from the day your order ships:

• North America: 1–2 weeks
• Europe: 2–4 weeks
• Rest of the world: times vary by destination, please contact me for an estimate

These are estimates. Delays at customs or with the carrier can happen and are outside my control.

Expedited delivery

Need your print sooner? Please contact me before ordering at studio@splitintoone.com and I’ll send you a quote for expedited shipping.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) and customs or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the print or the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

For orders shipped within Canada, GST/HST is added at checkout based on the delivery province.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Each print is a limited-edition art print, so I do not accept returns or exchanges and cannot offer refunds.
